Based in London, they operate worldwide and the team support exciting projects from across the globe. They are looking for a Legal Counsel - Digital Publishing to join their small team.

Description

The Legal Counsel - Digital Publishing will be part of a small legal team based in London that reports to the GC. It is a broad role centred on commercial contracts - everything from MSAs, ts&cs, tech agreements, sales agreements to content licensing agreements. The team is very supportive and collaborative with a focus on delivery and adding value.

Profile

The ideal Legal Counsel - Digital Publishing will be c3+ years PQE having obtained an excellent training either in-house or in Private Practice.

You will be a confident commercial contract reviewer/drafter/negotiator and enjoy the challenge that a broad work load can give.

This is key stakeholder engagement role and requires someone with a commercial and attentive personality who can turn challenges into solutions and translate legalese to commercial logic.
