Commercial Property Solicitor.
A highly reputable, full-service high street practice is currently looking to expand its property offering with the hire of an experienced and confident commercial property solicitor who will join its already well established and very busy Property Department.
The Property Department overall deal with an array of both commercial and residential property matters and is recognised across the region for its high-quality work and high levels of service. You will be a qualified solicitor (ideally a minimum of 3 years' PQE) with a strong background in dealing with commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
Your new role will see you take responsibility for a caseload of commercial property transactions, work closely with the other members of the Property Department and be actively involved in business development. You will be ensuring the continued success and development of the Property Department as a whole.
You will be joining a friendly and experienced team where you will be fully supported by legal assistants and administrators within the department to ensure that each property transaction is completed as swiftly and smoothly as possible.
