Court of Protection Solicitor.
My client is a Top 20 UK law firm with a national profile who are noted within private wealth and agricultural circles.
The opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Court of Protection solicitor to work in their growing team based in Nottingham.
You will ideally have upwards of 4 years' PQE and be able to handle deputy work and make financial decisions on behalf of your clients.
The firm attracts a lot of excellent work nationwide, typically involving cases where a professional deputy or trustees are appointed.
They have a number of reputable partners in various locations who have been driving the business forward for many years and are now looking to build on this.
You will be experienced in complex contentious matters including disputes over the capacity of a vulnerable person, the reasons behind the Court’s decision to revoke Lasting Powers of Attorney, Enduring Powers of Attorney and deputy authorities.
The firm has an excellent, welcoming social culture and is able to provide the opportunity for a Court of Protection solicitor to stand out. The firm is cash-rich and is doing exceptionally well. They have a proven track record in investing in their staff at all levels of their careers.
