About the Role
The appointed Duty Solicitor can expect to take on the following core responsibilities:
- Managing a mixed caseload of all criminal matters
- Providing high quality representation at police stations and Magistrates’ Courts
- Interviewing witnesses and drafting witness statements
Candidate Requirements
The firm is looking for a Criminal Duty Solicitor who can demonstrate:
- 2+ years’ good quality and relevant PQE
- Experience in the field of Criminal Law and advocacy
