IT Trainer - Law Firm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Trainer/IT Support professional to join a top tier Law Firm out of their Peterborough office.

You must be responsible for all IT training delivered to not just new employees but right through to upskilling and developing skills of those who are already confident.

You will be given training on all their Legal IT Systems so enthusiasm to learn is a must well as designing and delivering all their current IT Training, you will be involved in training needs analysis of the firm and implementing these sessions.

As well as training, you will be involved in IT Projects and the delivery of these as well and providing hands on IT Support to other members as and when needed.

What they need from you:

• Excellent in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office suite up to version 2016 and experience supporting users with this as well as training
• Ideal experience within the legal sector and legal software (Visualfiles would be advantageous)
• Solid experience within a professional environment developing and delivering IT Training courses for users including writing clear and concise training materials
• Experience delivering training through different methods (classroom, 1-2, video, call etc)
• Experience with general 1st line IT Support

There will be travel included on the role to their other offices as and when required and salary is completely flexible dependent on experience.
