Residential Conveyancing Solicitor.
A well-established law firm, who has several offices in Greater Manchester, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor / Residential Conveyancer to join their team based in Sale.
Joining a team known for its staff retention (some have been with the firm for 30+ years), your role will be to handling your own caseload of up to 100 residential property matters, from initial instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold, sale and purchase files.
You will have dedicated support, as the team currently have 7 conveyancing assistants on hand who work across the department.
You will likely be a qualified conveyancing solicitor (1+ years' PQE), licensed conveyancer, conveyancing executive, or experienced conveyancing paralegal, currently managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files (ideally in a similar environment).
On offer is a competitive salary (negotiable, depending on experience), 9am-5pm hours and free on-site parking.
