One of the UK's leading law firms is seeking an experienced residential conveyancer to join their well regarded residential property team in Manchester city centre.
This Legal 100 ranked law firm is seeing continued expansion across their busy conveyancing team. As a residential conveyancer, your role will be to manage a full caseload of files from instruction through to post completion dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties. Ideally, you have at least 2 years' experience and be responsible for managing your own caseload.
You must be an experienced residential conveyancer (ideally qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer, preferably with experience in dealing with a high volume caseload) and be used to dealing with matters from instruction through to post completion (all types of conveyancing transactions including leasehold flats and plots).
The firm has an excellent reputation in the market and offers great career progression. The firm has won several awards for their professional conveyancing service.
