This is an opportunity for a paralegal to join a national top 50 law firm in their Real Estate team.
The role will involve acting for Housing Association clients on a range of property transactions, including Plot Sales, Right to Buy and Staircasing.

Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with Social Housing transactions from instruction to completion, with support
- Maintaining a high standard of file management
- Preparing completion statements
- Carrying out due diligence checks
- Reviewing property search results
- Drafting responses to Land Registry requirements
- Corresponding with the buyer and the Social Housing Association throughout the process
- Dealing with Right to Buy and Surrender Transactions
Profile
The successful candidate will have 12 months experience in residential conveyancing.
