Our client acts for landowners, private sector developers/house builders, promoters and affordable housing providers on all aspects of the development process on both instant and strategic development schemes.
Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with enquiries
- Post completion
- Updating developers and buyers
- Site set up
- Possibly some management duties
- Land registry searches
Profile
The successful candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of plot sales and be able to confidently run their own caseload.
