Paralegal

A Cambridge based life sciences business with global reach is seeking to recruit a Paralegal with commercial experience to join their expanding legal team. This in-house Paralegal opportunity is offered full-time on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities of your new role

Reporting to the Head of Legal, the Paralegal will work as part of a small team to support the wider business with:

• Reviewing and amending a wide variety of commercial agreements;
• Supporting the sales team on agreements with new and existing clients;
• Taking charge of the process for amendments and general contract administration; and
• Assisting the Head of Legal and wider legal team on ad hoc matters in a variety of areas.

Candidate requirements

To be successful in your application to this Paralegal vacancy you must demonstrate:

• Confidence and commercial awareness
• Completion of the LPC or higher
• Eagerness to work in a rapidly growing business at the forefront of cutting edge scientific and technological development
• Commercial contracts experience is crucial
• Any previous in-house experience is highly beneficial
