Level: 2-5 PQE

Salary: £43,000-£51,000

Recognised as an "outstanding commercial property team" and a leader in the south of England, the Commercial property team has a well-earned reputation for providing sound and pragmatic legal advice across all property and planning matters. They are now looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2 to 5 years PQE to join their Winchester office.

As a solicitor, you'll get a varied workload of landlord & tenant and will be working on a diverse range of commercial property matters including property development, property finance, acquisition and sale of property portfolios and property management.

The successful candidate will have experience of general commercial property, drafting contracts and a good understanding of landlord and tenant legislation.

You will have all the challenges expected at a leading Southampton firm, high quality work, national and international clients, whilst having the opportunity to shine and grow your level of autonomy only found at a large regional practice.
