Locum Commercial Property Lawyer

This local authority legal team in South London has an exciting opportunity for an experienced local government property lawyer to come in and manage an existing caseload for 3- 6 months.

This contract is highly likely to be extended as many of the current contractors have been with the council for over 2 years!

This is a locum contract offering an hourly rate of between £30 and £40 per hour depending upon experience.

You will have experience in local government commercial property matters either by working directly with a local authority or handling public sector matters in private practice.

It is important that you have:
* Local Government or private practice property law experience, relevant to the work of the public sector
* A practicing certificate for your legal qualification
* Can build relationships quickly
* Enjoy working in a busy environment and a large team.
