Personal Injury Solicitor EL/PL - A number of experienced personal injury solicitors are required to join this specialist EL/PL team who represent various emergency services, including the police, across the country. The department also defends local authorities on a range of complex, often high-value matters. The work is immensely varied and offers the right candidate a real step up with a highly recognised team.

CLIENTS AND WORK
The team undertakes a considerable range of work, but tends to focus on public sector clients, such as the police, fire, search and rescue and other emergency services as well as local authorities. With that in mind, the range of work is vast, from relatively straightforward personal injury matters to highly complex multi track matters and some catastrophic work.
The team is undergoing a significant recruitment drive and are on the lookout for candidates with varied experience in EL/PL claims especially those who have experience working for public sector clients and have also gained experience of multi track work. The team is looking to attract a range of candidates who are looking to join a dynamic and highly respected department.
The successful applicants will be those who have already developed a firm understanding of EL/PL cases. They will also be adept at developing and maintaining key relationships, whilst understanding the pressures faced by public and quasi-public bodies.
