Well known North East law firm are looking for a post completions clerk due to expansion. Joining the residential new build team you will deal with all post dealing with all post completion tasks including making Land Registry applications and dealing with Land Registry requisitions, adhering to Help 2 Buy post completion requirements and scheduling of all office copy documents to clients and lender clients. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience of the post completion process, however, training will be given. Will consider both full and part time applicants. Salary given as a guide only will be dependant on experience to date.
