A leading North Cheshire firm is seeking an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.
The Role
As the appointed Court of Protection Solicitor, you will be acting as a Deputy for clients without the mental capacity to manage their ongoing financial affairs.
The firm has a mature environment where fee earners are left to get on with things (with support as and when required) rather than being micromanaged.
Candidate Profile
The successful Court of Protection Solicitor is likely to have:
- 3+ years’ PQE
- Specialist, in-depth Court of Protection experience
- Hands-on experience dealing with the day to day complexities of Court of Protection matters
- Ambition and motivation to succeed
- The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- The ability to deliver a first rate client service
