Paralegal

A US Headquartered hedge fund and investment management firm is currently looking for an experienced Paralegal (or Legal & Compliance Associate) to join their in-house legal team in London. Offered on a full-time, permanent basis, this Paralegal role presents the opportunity to join a company currently experiencing huge growth and get involved with a wide range of work.

Responsibilities of your new role

Reporting directly into the General Counsel, your new Paralegal role will involve:

• Legal support across the business;
• Corporate governance;
• Regulatory reporting;
• Research on regulatory matters; and
• Due diligence reviews.

The scope of the role will be extended as your grow into the role; the better you do and more successful you are in the role, the more you will have the opportunity to be involved in.

Candidate requirements

The team seeks a hard-working Paralegal who demonstrates:

• An outstanding academic record
• Fantastic eye for detail
• Due to the level of the work involved
• At least 2 years of relevant legal and regulatory experience gained at an investment focused company
