My Client is a Scottish-headquartered UK law firm, they have offices throughout Scotland and as London, regarded by many as the go-to firm for specialist advice in real estate. They have a rare opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor.
The Role;
This role is for a Solicitor with up to three years' relevant experience. This is an opportunity to join a team with a growing and thriving practice in commercial and residential development and commercial leasing (landlord and tenant).
Key Responsibilities;
To manage a caseload of Real Estate and Infrastructure files, examples below but not limited to;
- Leases
- Acquisitions
- Disposals
- Development work
- Planning Issues
- Buying and Selling
- Charities
- Landlord and Tenant
The candidate
You will demonstrate an appropriate range of legal knowledge and, with assistance, can identify issues outside their expertise and seek appropriate assistance. Demonstrate potential to display effective spoken and written advocacy skills. You will Communicate clearly with prospective and current clients in all contexts as well as Developing effective ways of delivering client solutions with minimum guidance, developing an understanding of how to build client relations and delivering results.
