Salary - £25,000 - £35,000
Hours of work - 40 Hours per week

Job Purpose

To develop Proclaim to include workflow configuration and work closely with the development team/management team.

Competency Requirements

• Creating new case types, data fields and various correspondents;
• Prepare Proclaim codes to assist with workflows, case management and performance enhancement;
• Server configuration including tasks, scheduling and troubleshooting;
• Document management and planning including changes/updates;
• MI Reporting;
• Testing and implementation of all key data and workflows.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven Proclaim Developer at least 24 months experience
• Working knowledge within design and execution of SQL queries;
• Experience of structured and performance enhanced methods
• Report building experience.
• Experience in a legal environment is desirable but not essential
