What do I need to apply for this role?

You will need a 2.2 and above in any field, or a minimum or 6 months sales/telesales experience, and the full right to live and work in the UK to apply for this role.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

Our Graduate Scheme will ensure you are given the skills and tools required to be a success!

The centre of excellence training will give you a solid foundation for:

• Developing new clients and nurturing relationships
• Keeping up-to-date with existing clients
• Sourcing candidates through multiple mediums
• Placing advertisements and headhunting candidates
• Interviewing candidates on the phone and face to face
• Liaising with companies and candidates to set up interviews
• Guiding candidates through the interview process
• Handling offers processes, taking references and making placements!!
