Salaries vary depending on experience but range from £20k - £28k for a Portal role and up to £40k for a Litigation role with an additional generous achievable bonus scheme on offer. Customer service advisor roles also available paying in the region of £18k.

Duties:-

• Responsible for a caseload of claims, following best practise in order to progress your claims from inception through to settlement.
• Completion of initial work including submission of letter of claim, identification of correct discipline of medical experts to instruction and submission of letters of instruction.
• Deal with cases with minimal supervision.
• Assess liability disputes involving motorcyclists/cyclists.
• Assess quantum to include reviewing medical reports and researching and obtaining relevant case law in support of injuries.
• Negotiate with third parties to ensure you receive the best settlements for your clients in a proactive and timely manner.
