Private Client Legal Executive

A leading Lexcel accredited local firm in Ashby is looking for a capable and strong Private Client Chartered Legal Executive with around 4 years' experience behind them to participate in an active role in the departments expansion.
The successful candidate will be comfortable managing their own caseload of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Trusts, Curt of Protection work and variations of estates as well as assisting in the promotion of the department. You should be comfortable running these from start to completion unsupervised.

You will also be expected to assist with the head of department on any other relevant duties when required and as such, offers a great opportunity to really make yourself known within the team.

The firm are looking for a fully qualified (Fellow) Chartered Legal Executive with around 4 years' experience within Private Client work. However, the department will consider exceptional Associate Members of CILEx of whom possess a strong paralegal background within Private Client work.

You should be driven and motivated, with strong client care skills and a high level of detail to your work. Any previous example of business development would be highly desirable.
