Kennedys' Healthcare Division is looking for a Associate/CILEX 4-5 years Qualified based in our London or Birmingham office to work on NHS Resolution EL/PL matters.
Type of Clients:
NHS Resolution, NHS Healthcare clients, independent hospital groups and practitioners.
Type of Cases:
A wide range of EL/PL claims.
Experience
Essential:
Good knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.
Litigation experience within EL/PL.
Experience of managing own EL/PL caseload.
Desirable:
NHS Resolution experience.
Client contact.
