Recruitment Coordinator - growing top law firm

Expanding and highly reputable law firm seeks an experienced Recruitment / Resourcing Coordinator for a brand new role, to support the continued growth of their Leeds office.

You'll be proactive and energetic, with some recruitment / resourcing experience within professional services, and ready to join the firm at an exciting time!

You'll support the wider HR team, resourcing for fee-earning and business services roles and running recruitment processes from beginning to end, with responsibilities including:

• Developing job specifications alongside hiring managers and liaising regarding progress;
• Drafting job adverts and posting on firm's website;
• Using LinkedIn and other direct sourcing methods;
• Liaising with candidates and responding to queries;
• Scheduling interviews, booking meeting rooms and preparing paperwork, assisting with assessments;
• Supporting onboarding processes;
• Liaising with agencies regarding suitable candidates, scheduling interviews, providing feedback and making offers;
• Arranging telephone conferences and events;
• Producing reports for management and record-keeping; and
• Assisting with recruitment strategy.
