Senior Corporate Solicitor / Senior Associate / Partner - Central London.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a modern progressive law firm who have a refreshing approach to law. 

This firm are currently going from strength to strength and are now looking to expand in their corporate/commercial division by recruiting an additional experienced corporate solicitor for their London office.  

This team handle an impressive range of both corporate and commercial work which will include mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, restructuring, LLP work, joint ventures, AIM, management buyouts and buyins.

The quality and the value of the work is exceptional as is the client base.  

This is a senior level position and therefore applications are welcome from qualified solicitors with 6+ years PQE in corporate work.  You are likely to join at senior associate or salaried partner level.  

You will have solid experience of corporate work, a strong billing history and any clients/contacts you can bring with you would be a plus but this is by no means essential.

This firm are not the biggest of law firms but they are well ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers and therefore you will ideally have a background of working in equally reputable practices.
