Family Solicitor, West Yorkshire

An exciting opportunity has become available for a senior family solicitor with 5 or more years PQE to join this busy and well respected Legal 500 recommended Family team offering an exceptional quality service and specialist guidance and advice to clients on all aspects of family law.

To join our 'leading firm' the successful candidate will be expected to manage a caseload of privately funded family matters; Divorce & Finances, separation, injunctions, Civil Partnerships, Cohabitation disputes, Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements, Children Act work and will also be passionate about developing relationships with existing clients and will be committed to developing new business.

This position is a client facing role and would suit someone who has excellent all round communication skills and who is committed to building a long-term career within the Company's Family team and establishing themselves in the local demographic market. You will also be required to represent clients at Court and have confidence in conducting your own Advocacy.

To be considered for this position you must have experience of managing your own caseload appropriate to your level of experience; will be highly organised, accurate, with the ability to keep meticulous records and accounts; proactive and committed to meeting deadlines whilst remaining calm under pressure; possess strong advocacy and interpersonal skills with the ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision, although, more experienced candidates will be considered on merit.

Salary is negotiable, according to experience.
