This law firm, now with over 3,000 staff and 24 international offices worldwide, are looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Solicitor to join the team in Leeds. The firm has a market leading tax practice and you will work for listed companies, public sector bodies, banks and institutional investors in maximising the tax effectiveness of commercial practice.

The tax practice provides tax advice on corporate, property and commercial structures and transactions. The team will often add value by providing integrated tax and share plans advice at the structuring stage of a transaction.

You will be joining a team that will give you the opportunity to work on major tax deals across the country and internationally.

You will have gained a good range of experience of tax work during training and will be commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development.

You will be comfortable in working both as part of a team on large transactions as well as handling your own matters with support from colleagues.
