Experienced Medical Negligence Lawyer sought for a leading firm in Merseyside.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a driven Medical Negligence Lawyer to join our client’s busy office in Newton-le-Willows. The successful candidate will lead one of the medical negligence team consisting of highly experienced fee earners.
Responsibilities
• Handling own small, mature caseload
• Ensuring that cases in the team are properly assessed and managed
• Preparing schedules of loss
• Drafting letters of claims
• Instructing counsel and experts
• Pleadings
• Attending client and counsel meetings and court
The Candidate
• Solicitors, barristers and legal executives with a minimum of four year’s PQE
• Solid experience in multi-track and serious injury medical negligence matters is essential
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Up-to-date knowledge of the law and legal system
• Keen eye for detail and a professional approach to your work
