Paralegal (Part-time)

Your new company
An asset manager which has seen substantial growth since its creation earlier this decade. The company is looking to continue its growth, and is growing its team to accommodate these goals.

Your new role
You will support the legal team on a range of legal matters, though mainly focused on agreements such as NDAs, SLAs and other types of agreements. You will also be involved in the drafting of Fund documentation. You will also keep up to date with, and research legal developments in the asset management sector You will also be responsible for maintaining and keeping the legal team's files and folders up to date.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have obtained the LPC and have previous experience working as a Paralegal either in-house at an asset manager, or working with asset management clients in private practice. You will have precious experience working with funds and regulatory matters - ideally UCITS. You will be able to work autonomously.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a base salary of £35,000 - £45,000 pro rata, bonus and benefits. On top of this you will also be able to learn from an experienced Head of Legal.
