My client are a specialist high street legal firm in Bolton who are looking for an RTA Fee Earner to join the team. Are you looking for a role which will allow you to progress and develop your skills with the potential to gain a Training Contract in the future? If so, read on...
The firm are looking for someone to manage their own caseload of RTA matters from inception to settlement. You will be working closely with a Solicitor, a specialist in the field who will be able to train you and support you as part of the team, where you will be dealing with Small Claims and Fast Track cases independently.
For this RTA Fee Earner role, the successful candidate will have at least 6 months' experience managing your own caseload of Pre-Litigated RTA cases. You must be able to use Proclaim efficiently and ideally have knowledge of the MOJ Portal.
