One of the best law firms in the world is currently recruiting for a Legal PA. This global firm is highly regarded and located in beautiful central London City Offices.

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Legal PA who is talented and switched on with a positive, hardworking "can do" attitude. You will need to have a real eye for detail and excellent written and spoken English. This is a top level Legal PA role.
Legal PA
This Legal PA role requires someone who has already gained solid experience working in a corporate and sometimes demanding environment.
Working in the role of Legal PA for this firm, your duties supporting fee earners will include:
- High-level diary management and secretarial support
- Prepare and collate meeting papers and documents in advance
- Extensive liaison with internal and external cleints
- Co-ordinate/organise internal and external meetings; booking meeting rooms, arranging telephone conference calls and presentations
- Responsible for looking after the Senior Partners and assisting with day to day duties
- Screen telephone calls, resolve queries and take messages as appropriate
- Organise travel arrangements (including rail, air, taxi and hotels)
- Draw up step-by-step itineraries including maps, travel times, local taxi numbers etc. for directors, team heads and/or any managers they are travelling with
- Printing and binding presentations as required
- Building and creating relationships with clients
- Minute taking, copy typing and amendments of all correspondence (including minutes, internal and external meeting notes, spreadsheets, faxes, letters, memos, reports etc
Legal PA
- The ideal Legal PA candidate will be bright, have a flexible and adaptable approach to work, they will be reliable and hardworking.
- You will remain calm when working under pressure but must have the ability to work to tight deadlines and will work as an active team member.
- Previous exsperince working within a similar enviroement - (Law Firm exsperience is essential)
- You will be extremely organised with the ability to juggle priorities and able to work on their own initiative and recognise the need for absolute confidentiality and professionalism.
