- Disciplinary action and grievance procedures
- Negotiating settlements
- Advice on discrimination and harassment issues
- Drafting and advising on agreements
- Contracts of employment
- Claims to the employment tribunal
- Negotiating termination
- Redundancy issues
The Candidate
- A solicitor or FCILEx with 1+ years’ PQE
- Highly organised able to prioritse workload
- Personable with exceptional negotiation skills
- Methodical with good IT skills
- A genuine desire for the firms business development
