We are looking for an experienced Planning Lawyer to join a local authority based in London.
As a Planning Lawyer you will join a team dealing with a wide range of planning matters including Section 106 work, attending planning committees, legal advice work, highways agreements and enforcement matters.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team who are offering a competitive hourly rate. This local authority is situated at a location with easily accessible public transport links and a large range of shopping stores and eateries nearby.
The successful candidate will ideally have local government experience, however those from a private sector experience will be strongly considered, as will candidates with overseas experience as long as it is transferable.
The contract is initially for a 3 month period, however this is likely to be extended into a two year position.
