My well established client based in a perfect location is looking for a locum residential conveyancer to come in on a part time, ongoing basis.

The residential conveyancer will be able to pick up a busy case load of all residential matters. The role includes dealing with the everything from quotes to post completion and land registry. You need to be able to come in and hit the ground running.

The ideal residential conveyancer will be fully qualified and have experience of supervising staff. It is essential to have dealt with all residential matters. This role is to start immediately.

This is a great opportunity for the successful locum to secure a locum role throughout the summer period.
