HR Advisor

This prominent and well regarded Legal 500 law firm, situated in the City,  is offering a new opportunity for an HR professional to join its established  and well structured HR team. Candidates must have good academics to degree level and at least two years experience in HR within professional services. It is likely that the successful candidate will also be working towards CIPD.

Key duties will be responsibility for managing payroll, liaison with an external payroll service provider and HR support to the firm’s secretaries. It is important to understand how payroll works and have the proven ability to produce reports around staff absence (holiday and sick). Applicants will also have an interest in (and preferably experience of) employee relations as increasing involvement in staff welfare, training and recruitment is probable.        

This will be an upward, rewarding and challenging career move for an HR professional who is likely to be working towards CIPD. The established HR team offers strong support and scope for professional development.
