THE FIRM
A full service law firm based in Nottingham are seeking a qualified solicitor to join their residential conveyancing team. The firm combine traditional values of care and personal service, tailoring their legal services to each individual. The firm have a thoughtful, innovative approach working with the latest modern technology to ensure efficiency throughout the process.

THE OPPORTUNITY
You will handle a varied residential property caseload of circa 40-50 files from inception through to completion. You will be responsible for all the technical work on the file and have a lot of client contact face to face. You will be supported by a very experienced residential conveyancing assistant too.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
*You must have previous experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload
*You will have strong communication and relationship building skills
*Confident using a case management system
