Fantastic opportunity to join a well established and growing business in Nottingham. We are looking for a Solicitor between 2 - 7 years PQE who has experience of Commercial Contracts.

Description
- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements including:
- Data and/or software licensing, maintenance and support, consulting and/or professional services agreements
- Master Services/Framework Agreements
- Partner agreements
- Affinity agreements
- Ensuring that deals are consistent with business policies
- Advising on legal issues connected with new product developments/launches
- This is a very business facing vacnacy where you will truely feel part of the business
Profile
You will be a:
Qualified UK Solicitor. You will have experience of Commercial Contracts, 2 years+ PQE required of drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts.
You will join an established team of In house Solicitors and so we are very happy to consider candidates looking for their first In House move or those already In House and ready for a new challenge.
Job Offer
Excellent training and supervision, ability to work for candidates with a higher level of PQE. Very business facing role. Great flexibility to work home 2 days per week if desired.
