RTA Fee Earner

A fantastic law firm based in Bolton are expanding their personal injury team and are looking to recruit an experienced RTA Fee Earner.

The ideal Fee Earner will have at least 12 months experience dealing with RTA claims from submission to settlement, have a proven track record of working to and achieving targets, be able to consistently bill and be able to work well within a fast-paced team environment.

Duties & Responsibilities of the role:

* Proactively working to settle claims on favourable terms for the client and within Maidstone Solicitors operational policy and SRA guidelines;

* Liaising with relevant experts and third parties in relation to the claim;

* Reviewing and assessing expert reports (various)

* Providing excellent customer service and ensuring the clients are updated

* Ensure that cases are rotated and actioned within the guidelines whilst maintaining WIP

* Liaising with medical agencies, engineering experts and other relevant experts in relation to the claim

* Contacting third party insurance companies and Solicitors in a professional manner

The salary for this position is negotiable, depending on the experience of the successful Fee Earner.
