Commercial law firm in the Cayman Islands is looking to recruit a Corporate/ Investment Funds lawyer of 3 or more years’ PQE. You will undertake the full range of Corporate matters including M&A; Joint Ventures; and Private Equity. In addition, the role will also involve dealing with Investment Funds matters, so ideally, candidates will have experience of both Corporate and Funds matters. In addition to applications from the England & Wales and Scottish jurisdictions (and other commonwealth jurisdictions), applications are also welcome from candidates already working offshore who possess the requisite Corporate and Funds experience.
