Our client is a an expanding MNC business who have seen significant market share increase over the past few years. They specialise in complex projects on an international level.
A new position is now available for a talented, senior commercial contract manager to be based in the UK or Spain and manage an international team of contract managers.
The role will be fully integrated into the businesses project activity, working alongside the projects, commercial and legal functions. The remit requires the role holder take responsibility for PRE and POST-AWARD contract management activity on a LEAD BASIS, so you must have LARGE TEAM management experience in addition to advanced CM exposure.
For consideration applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:
- 8+ years pre-award contract management experience
- CM lead experience (3 years)
- Business fluent English
- Contract negotiation and drafting experience
- Multi-partner projects experience
- Industry experience within technology, construction, energy, EPC, infrastructure or comparable industries
- Commercially astute, adept at building business relationships, able to work effectively with internal and external key partners
