Banking Lawyer

A well-respected commercial law firm in Birmingham is on the lookout for a Banking Lawyer at the NQ-4 years of PQE level. Offered on a full-time, permanent basis, this Banking Lawyer role offers an excellent salary of up to £60,000 per annum and has been newly created due to continued growth.

Responsibilities of your new role

Joining a national banking and finance team that advises clients on a range of financing transactions across a wide variety of sectors, often with a multi-jurisdictional element, the core elements of your new Banking Lawyer role will include:

• Acting for borrowers, lenders and investors
• Supporting and assisting the team with corporate lending, acquisition finance, asset finance, real estate finance (both investment and development), project finance, invoice discounting and re-financings
• Working closely with some of the UK's major banks and financial institutions (the firm has approved panel solicitor status with many of them)

Candidate profile

The firm wishes to hear from:

• Qualified Lawyers with up to 4 years of PQE who currently specialise in Banking law or some type of Finance law; and
• NQ Lawyers who have undertaken a seat in Banking or another Finance-related area of law

Salary

The successful Banking Lawyer will be offered up to £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
