Your new role
This is an Operational Team Leader role within in a volume Consumer Credit Collections & Recoveries department. The team conduct work within a regulated environment, and you will be responsible for supervising and supporting paralegals in accordance with client service level agreements, firm values and compliance procedures. You will be a responsible representative of the business and contribute, wherever possible, to the success of the business through the ongoing development of client relationships. The role will require some strategic planning with clients, alongside the day to day supervision, coaching and development of the team.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates who have worked in a similar role within recoveries / collections / motor finance litigation. You will have managed / supervised a team and enjoy this aspect of the role - as there is a strong focus on coaching and development of the team. You will have excellent planning / process mapping experience, and the ability to work well with multiple stakeholders - at all levels - both internally and externally. You will have previous experience in a similar role within a commercial environment, with proven skills in managing a high volume workload and developing a team to do the same.
