A well-established firm based in Lincolnshire is seeking a locum commercial property solicitor to join on an on-going basis to cover a member of staff who is going on maternity leave. This role will be on-going for 9-12 months.

They are seeking a competent locum commercial property solicitor who has extensive experience in residential conveyancing. The case load includes a mixed bag of commercial and residential property matters.
