Civil Litigation Solicitor

This leading boutique firm has an excellent opportunity for an experienced civil litigation solicitor to join the firm. The successful applicant will undertake general civil litigation (such as contractual disputes) and civil fraud/asset recovery work. You will report to the partner who heads the firm’s civil litigation and civil fraud, white-collar crime and regulatory practices.  You must have extensive experience of civil litigation and an excellent knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and should be adept at running your own caseload and progressing matters with minimal supervision. The client base is varied but predominantly comprises individuals and SMEs.  You should be a natural communicator and comfortable with advising people from a wide range of professional backgrounds, as well as corporates.  The potential for medium to long term rewards are significant.
