A FTSE 250 organisation based in Lancashire requires a Legal Counsel to join their growing in-house team for a full-time, permanent role.
Responsibilities of your new role
Reporting to the Head of Legal, this Legal Counsel role will broadly entail provision of general commercial advice and involvement in several projects traversing process improvement, regulatory change and modernisation. Your work as In-House Counsel will involve:
- Assisting the Head of Legal in all aspects of commercial advice
- Review and improvement of existing processes
- Regulatory work
- Compliance
- Technology and intellectual property
Candidate requirements
To be considered for this Legal Counsel role you must demonstrate:
- Excellent academics and a background either in a top tier practice or in-house team
