Senior Litigation Executive - Recoveries

An experienced litigator is required for this established defendant recoveries department based in Manchester. Salary to £28,000 DOE

The Firm:
- Leading top tier insurance firm
- Well established and successful team
- Top 50 practice recognised for its excellence in insurance work

Requirements:
- Ability to manage a high volume caseload effectively
- Sound knowledge of the litigation process
- Experience drafting court documents, witness statements and instruction to counsel
- Familiar with case management systems
- Ability to determine liability and issue proceedings to recover uninsured losses and insurer's outlay from the third party
- Competent supporting junior members
