Non PI Claims Handler

ACS are recruiting for a Non PI Claims Handler based in Liverpool

Duties will include,

• Handling incidents/claims in line with Claims Procedures Guide/SLA and Current Case Law
• Process supplier invoices up to an authority level of £5k
• Complete 90 day reviews on a monthly basis
• Attend all relevant training as required
• Report accurate weekly incoming and outstanding postal figures
• Handling incidents/claims up to an authority level of £5k in line with Claims Procedures Guide/SLA and Current Case Law.
• Handling all data including CCTV discs in accordance with company/departmental policy and Data Protection Act 1998

Successful candidate MUST have,

• Minimum of two years as a fully trained motor NON PI Claims Handler with experience within an insurance or legal environment.
• Ability to high work load of both Non Pi/Recovery claims/incidents
• Good IT skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective decision making
