Residential Property Lawyer.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced residential property lawyer to work for an established full-service law firm with offices throughout the South East. This position will be based in the Edenbridge office.
Working with secretarial support, your caseload will be a varied mix of residential property files including sales and purchases, leasehold, freehold, equity release and remortgages etc. You will be responsible for your own caseload from instruction through to file closing.
The firm will consider qualified solicitors, legal executives, licensed conveyancers or experienced conveyancing fee earners with a minimum of 3 years of experience running files independently.
