Your new role
You will be working as a Paralegal within a great team, working on Employers Liability and Public Liability claims. Your role will involve all aspects relevant to defending ELPL claims, including managing a caseload, instructing counsel, preparing court bundles, drafting and proof reading, meeting with clients, legal research and report generation.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will need to have previous Paralegal experience in personal injury litigation, a law degree and ideally the LPC. You will need to have previous litigation experience, either within EL/PL (preferred) or general PI insurance. Your experience could be in either defendant or claimant. You will be professional in every aspect of your work and will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and have excellent attention to detail.
