Superb opportunity for a corporate commercial lawyer to head up and develop a Corporate / Commercial practice at a Central London law firm on a part-time basis.

Currently, the firm has consultants which cover the corporate commercial work.

The firm’s clients include family businesses, small & medium sized business, entrepreneurs, HNWs and charities. They also have connections to the tech sector. There are excellent career prospects available with this position.

The Role

As Head of Department, you can expect to be advising on a wide range of corporate law and commercial legal matters and transactions, including:
