A long established and highly regarded boutique practice based in Oxfordshire seeks a proactive and commercially minded Solicitor to shape the future of their Business Services Team.

The Business Services department of this reputable practice is currently undergoing a period of organic growth. As such, the firm are looking to appoint an experienced Solicitor to capitalise on the ever increasing stream of high quality commercial work.

This position is open to candidates seeking full time, part time or flexible working arrangements, making it an ideal opportunity to engage in high quality commercial work and manage outside commitments.

You will work closely with the Head of Department, a dynamic and forward thinking leader, in order to build on the already impressive growth seen over recent years. The Business Services Team has already developed an excellent reputation in the area receiving regular instructions from business owners, agricultural clients and local business owners.

This is a unique opportunity in the sense that you will have complete autonomy over your working schedule and the freedom to expand your practice in any way you see fit. The Head of Department is looking for someone who is prepared to bounce ideas off one another and have the creativity to think outside the box and explore new and exciting business opportunities.

The firm are interested to hear from candidates from any commercial law background who feel they have the drive and determination to contribute to the long term success of the department. Although not essential, candidates with connections in IT/Technology are very desirable.

To be considered for this position you must be a practising Solicitor with experience commensurate to that of four years PQE or above. It is essential that you have the confidence to hit the ground running and throw yourself wholeheartedly into the growth plans of the department.

The salary on offer will be dependant on previous experience but promises to be competitive. Benefits will include competitive annual leave, company pension scheme and the option to take 2 days a year to support a charity of your choice.
